Hi Paul, Congrats! Can't wait to hear what the position is! Hey when you make it to California please look me up and I'll tour you around a regenerative almond farm -- but they aren't calling it that. There is a gap between what the almond industry deems sustainable (Almond Board of Ca has a sustainability program but it concerns itself with dust, nitrogen and irrigation, not soil). You covered almonds a few posts ago but it's a complicated issue to do at scale because of the way almonds are harvested. But I think there is a way. Good luck and hope to hear from you :)
